THE STEAM JOURNEY: WHEN EARTH CLASS SRIGHTERS DISCOVER SUNBOT PROGRAMMING ๐๐
Today’s STEAM class at SRIGHT Preschool transformed into a challenging “miniature city” with the appearance of the intelligent Sunbot Robot. This activity is a key part of our early education roadmap, designed to spark technological mindset and problem-solving skills for Earth Class students starting from the preschool level.
Logical Programming Mindset
With the mission “Controlling Sunbot for Safe Traffic Participation,” our “junior programmers” from Earth Class performed rigorous logical thinking steps:
- Identify: Analyzing traffic signs and signal lights on the map.
- Calculate: Planning routes to turn left, turn right, and avoid obstacles.
- Execute: Hands-on programming of the Sunbot’s path on a 1:1 scale under teacher guidance.
- Verify: Re-checking the journey to ensure the robot “follows the rules.”
The moment the START button was pressed, the whole class held its breath, watching every wheel roll through the intersections. When Sunbot reached the finish line safely, the cheers of “Yeahhhh! I did it!” rang outโa testament to the children’s confidence and joy in mastering a new skill.
