The 8-Second Hug: A Daily Ritual in SRIGHT Preschool’s Right Brain Class

Scientific research has shown that 8-second hugs can stimulate the production of oxytocin, helping children reduce stress, increase trust, and promote the development of the right brain – the brain of genius.
According to Brain Science, the period from 0-6 years old is when the right brain develops most vigorously. If children are provided with a stimulating environment, their right brain functions will develop exceptionally well. Therefore, PF2B Intensive Right Brain Development is a daily class in all classrooms at SRIGHT Preschool. The right brain class always begins with 8-second hugs and positive subconscious language programming for children. This not only creates a strong bond between the teacher’s right brain and the child’s right brain but also helps children feel confident, intelligent, and happy.
