In her 17 years as Operations Director and Principal of a Preschool, Ms. Hoa's work has never been just a job but a passion for expressing herself through her work. For Ms. Hoa, compassion and love for her students and her entire teaching staff are paramount. She envisions a future where “A happy child is one who has the best state of well-being, lives in an environment of love, respect, and fairness, and has access to positive education that helps them develop social skills and learn how to balance their emotions."
