Sensory Exploration for Our Little Angels in the Baby Class
๐ง Did you know that according to brain science, one of the ways to help children’s brains store information in long-term memory is to convey information through the five senses: hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and touching? Information transmitted from these channels is sent to the brain, helping children process and quickly form neural connections from a very young age.
โจ Understanding this principle, SRIGHT Preschool’s lessons always incorporate multi-sensory activities at all ages to increase interest and help children retain information most effectively in the brain.
๐ท Let’s take a look at a Multi-Sensory lesson called “The Sensory Path” for our little ones in the Baby class with materials such as pebbles, cotton, and leaves, parents. The children are very excited to be exposed to these new and interesting materials!
