🌿 The journey of discovering “Colors of Rural Life” at SRIGHT Preschool continued with an incredibly adorable traditional culinary experience! Today, the children of the City class had the chance to make Banh It, a traditional cake that has been a part of many generations’ childhoods.

🫛 Banh It is not just a familiar dish; it’s also a cultural feature, a simple story of the countryside. In the City class, from simple ingredients like fragrant sticky rice flour and rich, creamy mung bean filling, the “little bakers” skillfully kneaded the dough, added the filling, and rolled it into cute, round little Banh It cakes.

⭐️ Those small, nimble hands “kneaded and rolled” meticulously to shape each adorable cake. What’s even more special is that after class, the children were excited to bring home their delicious, handmade cakes to share with their parents! The taste will surely be much more special because it’s the fruit of their effort and love.
