At SRIGHT Preschool, we believe that Physical Education is not just about simple exercise; it’s a crucial part of a child’s holistic development.
Gym Kids is a proprietary spatial brain development program from Canada, taught at SRIGHT Preschool for children aged 6 months to 6 years. It helps children develop their vestibular system from an early age through exercises at various movement stations tailored to different age groups, such as pull-up bar hangs, forward rolls on inclined mats, balance beam walking, egg rolls, and more.
The little ones in Country A1 are always excited for their classes in the SRIGHT Gym Kids room – a safe and vibrant movement space equipped with a variety of equipment. Parents can rest assured, as our experienced teachers closely supervise and ensure the safety of your children throughout the lesson!
Through these movement exercises, the children improve their health, develop muscles, increase endurance, flexibility, and balance, while also enhancing their motor skills and hand-eye coordination seamlessly.
